Over a 20+ year career spanning Walmart, Sam's Club, and Tyson Foods, I've built a track record of turning complex, ambiguous technology initiatives into real, measurable business outcomes.
I currently lead the infrastructure deployments of Sam's Club's AI-enabled modernization programs:
- Exit Vision, deployed chain-wide across all 600 clubs. Publicly reported results show members exit 23% faster, over 75% walk through without a stop, and the experience scores an NPS above 90. See chatbot for the press release.
- ISee — a public POC also intended to improve the member's shopping experience, aligning engineering, operations, asset protection, finance, and multiple vendor partners around shared goals.
- A couple of non-public POCs, which also involve organizing the work of multiple teams and vendors.
My work at Walmart Global Tech drove over $200M in annual cost savings by deploying AI anti-theft solutions across 3,200 US stores. While at Tyson Foods, I ran a project to sunset the legacy mainframe transportation system, which had 70 other mission-critical systems tied into it, and deployed a new homegrown server-based solution.
Earlier in my career, when compliance failures had suspended Walmart's firearm sales in California, I designed and built the retail industry's first ATF-approved electronic Form 4473, a kiosk system that restored compliance and generated $100M in annual revenue for the sporting goods division.
I'm a strategic thinker and skilled communicator — equally comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and collaborating directly with engineering teams. I don't just manage programs. I make them count.
Building Real Solutions
From API integrations to full workflow automation, here are a few demo projects.
Coming Soon . . .
Earlier this year, my identity was compromised, which, long story short, prompted me to build my own lookup tool.
Watch for future announcements. You'll want to try this enterprise-grade privacy tool the day it lands. It will be an eye-opener, complete with options to use the most reputable personal data cleanup tools in the industry.
